HOW TO REQUEST PUBLIC INFORMATION:

A member of the public (physical or legal person, public institutions) may request information recorded by the Agency of Nuclear and Radiation Safety other than someone’s personal data or trade secrets, as well as information containing state secrets.

Everyone has the right to request information regardless of its physical form or type of recording and choose the way of receiving it, as well as access information in original form. In case there is a risk of damaging the original document, the agency is required to provide a supervised review or a certified copy of the document.
For requesting public information a member of the public shell submit a written application to the Agency that contains the following information:
 
  • name and address of the applicant;
  • request;
  • date and signature of the applicant;
  • list of documents attached to the application if necessary.
